Who We Are

Jonathan Greenberg is an experienced planner with a passion for guiding projects from concept to completion. Over the past decade, he has worked with a variety of clients, gaining valuable insights into the UK planning system while managing projects of all sizes.

His career began at WYG (now Tetra Tech) in 2014, supporting senior planners on a range of site appraisals and planning applications. Following his time at WYG, Jonathan worked at Welbeck Strategic Land where he managed residential planning applications and oversaw site acquisitions, building a strong foundation in UK Town Planning. Jonathan joined PRP Architects in 2016 and quickly advanced to Associate Planner, leading teams, coordinating planning strategies, and working with national housebuilders on urban and rural developments.

From 2019 to 2024 at Woolbro Group, Jonathan led projects from 20 flats to 150 houses, ensuring planning applications and appeals were delivered on time and to the highest standards. His expertise includes providing planning advice on evolving planning policy.

Jonathan's extensive experience and proactive approach ensure that every project is handled with precision and care.

In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys staying active and embracing the outdoors. An avid triathlete, he thrives on the challenges of swimming, cycling, and running, always pushing his limits. When not training for the next event, you can find him on the golf course.
